Twin Palms is a new luxury villa in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on Dutch, St. Maarten. Experience the stunning views of the neighboring island of St. Barths and the most spectacular sunrises over Dawn Beach.
Comfort and elegance with a Caribbean flair is the theme throughout the villa. The villa is based on a large open plan with a Mediterannean style patio and arched colonnade. Once you enter the villa, there is a lovely foyer area and you will go down some stairs to the main living area. The open plan includes the spacious living area, state-of-the-art custom kitchen, dining area, bar area and a full bathroom. This main area opens onto the patio and pool area where you can take in the tropical breezes and enjoy the fantastic views.
There are two master suites on the upper level of the Twin Palms with the same spectacular oceanviews, tasteful furnishings, king size bed and each has it own en-suite bathroom with showers. The layout of the villa provides for separation between each guestroom, ensuring the privacy of each guest. In addition, there is an additional studio suite available for those who would like a third bedroom. The studio has its own private entrance and offers additional kitchen facilities and private bathroom with shower.
There are three levels of decking with private decks/balconies from each of the three bedrooms.

Twin Palms is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, only a short distance away from downtown Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side, and 15 minutes away from Orient Bay on the French side of the island.
St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
