"Sail a tall ship, hear tales from the high seas and be a pirate for a day"
The Lord Sheffield departs Dock Maarten/Great Bay Marina (which is located a short walk from the cruise ship dock in Phillipsburg, St Maarten) and sails under billowing square sails down the protected lee shore of St Maarten to one of the best snorkel spots and or beautiful beaches on the island. Along the way let the crew pamper you with our open bar, world famous BBQ ribs/chicken, French bread and cheese, fruit trays and other snacks.
The Lord Sheffield then anchors in crystal clear water for swimming, snorkelling, and of course .... bow sprit jumping. Learn from the crew, and see first-hand how the great windjammers of yesterday were sailed. Take a turn at the wheel, sip on a rum punch or margarita and relax under the Caribbean sun
On the 3 hour cruises we head directly to our snorkel dive park, we snorkel for an hour and then we go sailing, and as we sail we enjoy grub and grog and listen to Caribbean sailing music. On our 4.5 hour cruise we do everything the 3 hour cruise does plus we sail to Mullet beach and anchor for more noodling, snorkeling.
Snorkelling gear, snorkel vests and noodles are included in the price!
All drinks and food included in the price!
