Minimum number of nights for a rental property can vary throughout the year. The minimum number of nights in winter may be higher than summer. Dates over holidays such as Christmas/New Years also have longer than normal minimum stay period. Each villa is different so please inquire with our villa specialists for specific details.
Rates displayed online may be subject to tax depending on the island and villa.
Unless otherwise noted rates quoted are based on two people per bedroom. Infants under 2 years of age are not included when quoting rates.
Many of our villas offer reduced rates if not all bedrooms are being used. You will only have access to the bedrooms you have rented.
