This amazing beachfront villa, a few steps away from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, offers a stunning view across the ocean and at the neighboring islands of St. Kitts, Nevis and Montserrat with its still active volcano.
The gorgeous 5,000 sq ft beach house with private pool is located on Antigua’s West Coast, in the gated community of Jolly Harbour. Set in a tropical garden in the quiet part of the harbour, it is within walking distance from bars, restaurants, tennis and squash, a marina and commercial center and an 18-hole golf course.
This spacious and charming 5-bedroom house can accommodate up to 12 persons and invites with light-filled rooms, tasteful and comfortable furniture and a wide range of amenities.
The arch-like entrance with three adjoining verandahs leads to a cleverly designed dining room and courtyard area. Open air in the middle, two roofed corridors to the left and to the right show you to the first set of bedrooms. Two of them include en-suite bathrooms, two share an ensuite bathroom and offer pleasant luxuries such as rainwater showers or an oversized bathtub. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into the decoration of Island View. The result is a special and very charming atmosphere.
Some of the highlights this beach villa offers is a beautiful gourmet kitchen and a master bedroom with double shower and large soaker tub. There is a living and games room with pool table, cozy, oversized furniture, large deck and private pool, a hammock and a BBQ grill.

Rolling green hills, picturesque villages, a lush and enchanted stretch of rainforest and the beautiful white beaches paint make up the landscape of Antigua. It is a beautiful getaway and many tourists enjoy the energetic island culture but also the peace and tranquility that the surrounding seas bring. Antigua is the perfect place to go SCUBA diving and sailing (visit Antigua during Sailing Week which occurs annually in April). As a popular stop for major cruise ships, Antigua offers great duty-free shopping. Antigua offers many great island tours – go shopping in the capital (St. John’s), visit historic sites, check out the beaches and local residents or sail to the nearby islands. There is no shortage of activities in Antigua.
we wanted for nothing while at this house. Six adults in our group and this house was perfect. The location, size, amenities and staff were just amazing. Thanks for such a great opportunity!
The layout of the house was perfect for our family reunion of 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the decor, comfortable furnishings and huge kitchen where we prepared most meals. Just off the kitchen is a large covered patio with a huge dining table that would seat 10-12 guests. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers that we kept busy. Housekeeping service was excellent. The management company was very responsive to any requests. The only negative was the swimming pool light didn't work. Jolly Beach is beautuful and clean with a nice view of Montserrat island. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the "Castaways" bar/restaurant where we spent some fun evenings. During the day they rent all types of water sports and local vendors set up shop. Also nearby is a well-stocked market and liquor store. Not to be missed is a taxi ride by Red Hat to Shirley Heights on Sunday night, a 45 minute drive. Great views, dancing to a steel band and reggae band, and good BBQ. Children are welcome. We also dined at Sheer Rocks nearby which is something to see. The people of antigua are super friendly and fun which added to our pleasure. Also they speak very good English. We loved this trip and this villa and would definitely return if we have the opportunity!
This is a big, beautiful, modern home right on the beach with a very good location. The home is within walking distance of Castaways Beach Bar and Grill, the grocery store and a few other shops and restaurants. We only had four people staying here but it would have easily accommodated at least ten people comfortably. Housekeeping came 3 times during the week that we stayed and she was wonderful! Sunsets are incredible, swimming directly in front of the house is very nice and the home's pool and patio area are very comfortable. We would definitely work with Rental Butler again and consider renting this property again.
We have a wonderful time in Antigua. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Island View is even more beautiful than in the photos. We fell in love with Jolly Beach, it was so peaceful. Our family will cherish the memories we made there.
Great spot to spend a vacation, beautiful home and view
A wonderful place to spend my 40th birthday, enjoyed playing in the pool and long soaks in the ocean. What a fabulous house in a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed.
